What families have shared with us
"We came for one session and were not sure what to expect. The facilitator was calm and made it easy to say things we had been avoiding for a while. Nothing was resolved instantly — that is not what the session promised — but we left feeling less stuck. That was enough."

"I attended the Everyday Harmony Seminar with my partner. The communication section was straightforward and practical — nothing complicated or uncomfortable. The note-organising part was honestly more useful than I expected. We have actually used the system since."

"My mother and I have not been talking easily for years. Going somewhere that was not a therapist's office helped. The facilitator was matter-of-fact and kind. My mother actually commented that she felt heard. I am grateful for that."

"We enrolled in the Continued Programme over two months. It helped our family get family records properly organised for the first time in years, and the conversations along the way were genuinely useful. The pace was gentle and nobody ever felt pushed."

"The seminar content was pitched well — practical enough to be useful without being overwhelming. I appreciated that there was no requirement to share personal details with the group. My husband and I both found it easy to apply the communication ideas at home."

"We have three adult siblings who had not been in the same room comfortably for some time. The session gave each of us a turn to speak without the others jumping in. It did not fix everything, but it opened the door again. We found that enough to carry on with."

Detailed Experiences
Three family journeys
The following accounts are shared with permission. Names have been changed at families' request.
Challenge
A family relocating from Bangkok
Two parents and an adult daughter found that a move to Chiang Mai had surfaced long-standing differences in how they approached shared living decisions.
What Happened
The family attended two Guided Dialogue sessions six weeks apart. In the first, each person spoke without interruption about what they found difficult. In the second, the focus shifted to everyday household decisions.
What They Said
"The sessions gave us a structure we did not have at home. We are not perfect, but we talk more now. That is real progress for us."
Challenge
A couple managing extended family
An international couple with in-laws involved in daily life wanted to find a clearer, kinder way to manage expectations and shared responsibilities.
What Happened
They attended the Everyday Harmony Seminar and found the responsibility-sharing content directly applicable. They also took on the record organisation workshop, which helped them create a shared family schedule everyone understood.
What They Said
"Having everything written down and agreed on made more difference than I expected. The seminar gave us the tools. We did the rest."
Challenge
An older parent and adult children
A widowed parent and three adult children living across Thailand wanted to understand each other better and get personal and family documents properly organised.
What Happened
The family enrolled in the Continued Programme over 10 weeks. Sessions included facilitated dialogue, educational content on communication across generations, and a dedicated series of meetings to organise and archive personal family records.
What They Said
"We came in hoping to feel less distant. We left with cleaner records, a clearer understanding of each other, and something that felt like a fresh start."
