Our Programmes
Three ways to find more calm in family life
Whether you want a single structured conversation, an educational afternoon, or an extended series of meetings, Bondara has a programme that fits your family's needs and pace.
Back to HomeHow We Work
Our approach to family dialogue
We listen before guiding
Every programme begins with careful attention to what your family needs from the time together — not what we assume it should be.
We stay impartial throughout
Our facilitators do not favour one person's view over another. Each person is heard on equal terms.
We put ownership with you
No Bondara programme tells your family what to do next. Any direction taken after a session belongs entirely to you.
Programme 1
Guided Family Dialogue
A calm, non-binding session where a facilitator gently helps family members express themselves and find their own common ground on everyday matters. This is a communication service rather than advice — built around patience and fairness, and suited to families who simply wish to talk through change in a supportive setting.
- Single session format, typically 90 minutes
- Neutral facilitator — no sides taken
- Structured conversation with equal speaking time
- Suitable for all family compositions
- Held at our Chiang Mai rooms on Chang Khlan Road
How a session unfolds
Brief introductions and session ground rules explained calmly by the facilitator.
Each family member shares what they would like to talk about, without interruption.
Facilitated dialogue continues, with the facilitator helping pace and balance the conversation.
Session closes with each person noting anything they found useful or would like to remember.
