Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 14 May 2026  |  Bondara, Chiang Mai, Thailand

These terms set out the basis on which Bondara offers its family communication facilitation and educational services. By booking or attending any session, seminar or programme, you acknowledge that you have read and understood what is written here.

Bondara operates from 18/5 Chang Khlan Road, Mueang, Chiang Mai 50100, Thailand. If you have any questions about these terms, please write to us at [email protected] before making a booking.

1. Nature of Our Services

Bondara's offerings are educational and communicative in nature. They include:

None of our services constitutes professional advice of any kind — including financial, legal, psychological or medical. Facilitators and educators at Bondara do not hold themselves out as licensed practitioners in any advisory field. Participants are encouraged to seek appropriately qualified professionals whenever specialist guidance is needed.

2. Bookings and Fees

All fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise noted at the time of booking. Fees are confirmed in writing before any session takes place.

A booking is confirmed once we have acknowledged your enquiry in writing and you have agreed the scheduled date and fee. We ask that any deposit or payment agreed at booking is received prior to the first session.

Fees are non-refundable once a session has commenced. For cancellations made more than 72 hours before a scheduled session, we will offer a rescheduled date at no additional cost. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling without an additional charge, which we will discuss with you directly and in a considerate manner.

3. Participation and Conduct

Bondara's sessions are built on mutual respect. We ask all participants to engage with one another and with our facilitators in a considerate and good-faith manner. Sessions may be paused or concluded early if the environment becomes counterproductive to open communication, in which case fees paid for that session will not be returned.

Participants attend of their own free will. We do not require attendance as a condition of any other relationship or agreement, and no pressure is placed on any individual to continue beyond sessions they have already booked.

4. Confidentiality

Bondara treats everything shared during sessions with care and discretion. Facilitators do not share personal details disclosed in sessions with third parties, except where we are required to do so by Thai law or where there is a genuine concern for a participant's safety.

We ask participants to extend the same courtesy to one another. Any notes or materials provided during sessions are for personal use only and should not be shared publicly or commercially without our prior agreement in writing.

5. Limitation of Responsibility

Bondara provides a space and a process for communication. We do not direct or guarantee the outcomes of any family discussion, nor do we make claims about the effect our services will have on family relationships. Each family's situation is unique, and the value of our sessions depends substantially on the openness and effort of the participants themselves.

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Bondara's responsibility for any loss or inconvenience arising from its services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, workbooks, frameworks and written resources provided by Bondara remain the property of Bondara. They are made available for personal use by participants during and after their sessions. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.
